We only process orders Monday through Friday. UPS does not count the first day in the estimate. Example: If your order ships out on a Tuesday the first day is Wednesday, the second is Thursday, etc... If you place an order it will most likely ship within 24 - 72 hours. If you place an order after 2pm Central Standard Time (CST), the earliest your order would ship out would be the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. If there are any delays we will contact you within 48 hours.

UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday as shipping days. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

The UPS Service Guarantee and delivery time estimate does not apply when delays are due to causes beyond UPS's control, such as the disruption of air or ground transportation networks. From December 11th to December 24th, UPS shipments are not guaranteed to be delivered in the timeframe listed below.

Shipping Policies

Discount Paintball, Inc. uses UPS for most of our shipments. If an item is out of stock it may take two to seven days to restock depending on the manufacturer's delivery to us. We will contact the customer if it will be longer than seven days until your item is shipped. Transit times will vary depending on where you are located. Typical transit times are one to five days. Alaska and Hawaii will take longer.

Freight Charges

Our website should calculate the shipping charges for you. In some cases, the charge may be wrong or not calculated at all for some various reasons. If this happens, we reserve the right to modify these charges when they are not calculated correctly. We will contact you first to make sure you agree of course.

CANADA SHIPMENTS: The shipping charge listed on our website is only for shipping. There will be additional import duties and fees which vary and we have no way to calculate these ahead of time. The customer will be responsible for all additional fees for importing these items into your country. We are currently using USPS for all Canada shipments. This only applies to Canada shipments.

Delivery

Our items may require an adult signature at the time of delivery. We only sell products to those that are over the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must purchase and sign for delivery on the item.

We will only ship to the address that is listed with your credit card company. Usually this is where your bills are sent to. You can call your credit card company and have more than one address listed on your account. Giving us an address that is different from what is on file with your credit card company may delay and/or cause cancellation of your order. NOTE: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

• Only items that are in unused, unopened, and in new condition may be returned.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Paintballs are not returnable under any circumstances.
  
• All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  
• Original invoice must be included with your return.
  
• Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender. Discount Paintball, Inc. will cover shipping charges only if there was an error on our part.
  
• When your items arrive you should inspect them carefully. If there is any damage you must report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  
• A used item is defined as trying to wear, wash, shoot, install, or open a sealed package. If you use an item in any matter, it is not returnable.

Return Procedure

• All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must call us at (847) 437-7400 with your invoice number and the reason for return to be issued a RMA.
  
• The original invoice must be included with your package along with the RMA number clearly written on it. Items without this information will be refused and returned to the customer at his expense.
  
• Your item must be packaged properly for shipping. In other words, it must be returned in a similar manner in which it was shipped to you (use of Packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and a shipping box). Do not put shipping labels directly on the item.
  
• Shipping insurance is the customer's responsibility. If UPS is the company used, they will automatically cover up to a $100 value.
  

Warranties

All of the products we carry have a manufacturer's warranty of some kind. They vary in length from 30 days to 1 year. One company even has a limited lifetime warranty on its products. Discount Paintball, Inc. does not provide its own warranties. All warranty repairs will be provided by the manufacturer of the product. If your product is in need of service, you need to contact the manufacturer directly.

If you need to send in your product to the manufacturer, you are responsible for all shipping charges.

Paintballs

There is no warranty on paintballs. We check each batch of paintballs to ensure that it is fresh and there is no damage. We package paintballs very securely to insure a safe and damage free shipment. When any item ships from our warehouse, there are many things that can affect the arrival condition. Handling and climate conditions are probably the two most important factors. Any damage that occurs is the customer's responsibility. We do not accept returns for any reason on paintballs. We advise that when receiving paintballs you open the box before the UPS driver leaves. If there is any damage, you should make sure that the driver makes an official note of it. You should contact UPS immediately and file a claim.
