Used Warranty covers malfunctions and issues other than user error. If you experience an issue, please contact us right away so we may trouble shoot your problem. We will attempt to get your item working over the phone. In the event we can not, you can send the gun back to us to be worked on. Warranty does not cover shipping to or from us in the event an item has to come back for repair. Used items can not be exchanged or returned. |
