The HK Army Alpha Air 68ci is the lightest carbon fiber air tank HK Army has ever released. Wrapped in carbon fiber and rated to a full 4500psi fill, this bottle cuts weight off your marker without giving up any of the 68 cubic inches of air paintball players rely on for a full day on the field.

Built for players who feel every ounce hanging off their marker, the Alpha Air 68ci pairs a compact 4.4in diameter with an 8.2in length and a bottle weight of just 1lb 8.6oz (0.7kg) — noticeably lighter than most 68ci carbon fiber tanks on the market. It's available in a wide range of color finishes, so you can match your tank to your marker and loadout.

Universal Regulator Compatibility

This is a bottle-only listing — no regulator is included. The Alpha Air 68ci uses a standard tank valve thread, so it's compatible with any HK Army regulator, including the Standard, MP5, HP8, and Turbine Pro, as well as regulators from other major brands like Ninja, Immortal Air, and Empire. If you already run one of these regulators, it will thread right on.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. This is a bottle-only listing for the 68ci carbon fiber tank. If you need a regulator, any HK Army regulator will fit — Standard, MP5, HP8, and Turbine Pro — along with regulators from Ninja, Immortal Air, and Empire, or use our Tank Builder to select a bottle and regulator together as one complete system.

4500psi is the tank's rated fill pressure — the maximum pressure the carbon fiber bottle is built and certified to hold. A fill station set to a 4500psi fill will bring this tank to its full 68ci capacity.

The Alpha Air 68ci uses a standard tank valve thread shared across most paintball regulators, so any HK Army regulator will thread on — Standard, MP5, HP8, and Turbine Pro — along with regulators from Ninja, Immortal Air, and Empire. If you're unsure about a specific regulator, use our Tank Builder to pick a matched bottle-and-regulator combo.

HK Army offers the Alpha Air in five capacities: 48ci, 68ci, 77ci, 88ci, and 98ci. Larger capacities hold more air and more shots per fill but are bigger and heavier; the 68ci is a popular middle-ground size that balances air volume with a manageable size and weight on the marker.

Yes. HK Army built the Alpha Air line specifically to be its lightest carbon fiber wrapped bottles to date, cutting weight versus its other carbon fiber tanks without reducing air capacity.

Composite (carbon fiber) paintball tanks are DOT/TC certified and, like other composite tanks, generally require a hydrostatic retest every five years from the date of manufacture to stay in service. Check the date stamp on your bottle for its exact retest date.
